USAHR’s bylaws set forth the governance structure of USAHR including the rights, responsibilities and voting privileges of USAHR’s members, trustees, and officers. The bylaws also designate the size of the board and the number of trustees which may represent a particular state or region with several states within one region. Further, the bylaws address how and when Registry meetings are conducted and specify that the business and property of USAHR shall be managed and controlled by the board of trustees with input from the Advisory Committee.

Rules and Regulations

The rules and regulations are related to registration in the Registry.  The rulebook is regularly updated, and the online version of the rulebook contains the most-current version of the Registry’s rules. Differences between rules published on the USAHR’s website and the print rulebook shall be governed by the official rules published on the website.
